Do Session 3 25 seconds breath hold
During your day:
Breathe deep hands on sides for 5 min
Breathe slow, 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out for 5 minutes
Nose breathe while walking for 7 minutes
Evening:
Breathe light 7-15 min
