Do Session 12 2 minutes breath hold Â
During your day:
Breathe deep hands on sides for 5 min twice during your day
Breathe slow, 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out for 7 minutes twice during your day
Breathe light, slow, and deep while walking for 10-20 minutes or breathe light slow and deep for 10-15 minutes while jogging
Evening:
Breathe light 10-20 min
