Morning:

Breathe light for 5-10 minutes
Take your BOLT Score
Do Session 1 15 seconds breath hold

During your day:

Breathe deep hands on sides for 5 min
Breathe slow, 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out for 5 minutes
Nose breathe while walking for 5 minutes

Evening:

Breathe light 5-15 min
