During your day:
Breathe Slow, 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out 5 minutes 2 times
Diaphragm activation, complete exhalation to residual volume 2 times
Relax Your Mind: Soft inhalation, slow prolonged exhalation to de-stress 5-10 minutes
Nose breathe while walking 10-15 minutes or Breathe Light, Slow, and Deep while walking 5-10 minutes (LSD)
Before bed:
Breathe Light 5-10 minutes
