Human Optimization email whitelist instructions

Sometimes email providers mistakenly filter our messages into your spam or promotions folder. To make sure you receive all of our updates, please add support@theenergyblueprint.com and support@humanoptimization.com to your list of trusted senders. This is also called “whitelisting.”

Here's How to make sure you get our emails:

  • Check your spam or junk folder. If you find an email from us there, open it and mark it as “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox.”
  • Add us to your contacts. This tells your email provider that you want to hear from us.

Is Your Email or Spam Filter Not Listed?

If Energy Blueprint or Human Optimization emails are being filtered, try adding us to your Address Book or Contact List.

If our messages continue to be sent to your junk folder, contact your email service provider or spam filter support and ask how to whitelist our address.

Gmail

To make sure our emails land in your Inbox, add us to your contacts list.

  1. Check your Gmail Spam Folder. If you see an email from us (support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com):

    • Open the email.

    • Click the Not Spam button in the toolbar.

  2. Add support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com to your Contacts:

    • Open the email.

    • Click the dropdown arrow next to “Reply” (top right).

    • Click Add to Contacts List.

    • If that option doesn’t appear, we may already be in your contacts.

Gmail Mobile app

  1. Open the Gmail app.

  2. If you’re using Gmail tabs (such as “Promotions“), open that tab.

  3. If our email is in Spam:

    • Tap the menu (three dots) in the top right.

    • Select Move to > Primary.

This ensures future messages from The Energy Blueprint or Human Optimization appear in your Primary tab.

Gmail tabs

If you use Gmail Tabs like “Promotions”:

  1. Drag our email from Promotions to the Primary tab. 
     
  2. Click Yes when Gmail asks if you want future emails to go to Primary.

iphone Mail app

iPhone Mail identifies most junk mail (spam) sent to your @icloud.com address or aliases, but it can mistakenly move email to your Junk mail folder. Periodically check your Junk folder for email messages that were marked as junk mistakenly. 

  1. Open the Mail app and go to Mailboxes.

  2. Open the Junk folder.

  3. Find the email from support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com and:

    • Swipe left > Tap More > Mark > Mark as Not Junk.

This moves it to your Inbox and prevents future misclassification.

Yahoo! Mail

  1. Check your Spam folder. If our email is there:

    • Open it.

    • Click Not Spam on the top toolbar.

  2. Create a filter:

  1. Open the Outlook app.

  2. Open our email.

  3. Tap the menu in the top right > Move to Focused Inbox.

  4. Select Move this and all future messages > Move.

outlook (2003, 2016, office 365)

  1. Right-click our email in your Inbox.

  2. Hover over Junk > Click Never Block Sender.

  3. You’ll see a confirmation message. Click OK.

  4. To add support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com to your contacts: Open the email > Right-click the sender address > Add to Contacts.

inbox by gmail

  1. Right-click our email in your Inbox.

  2. Hover over Junk > Click Never Block Sender.

  3. You’ll see a confirmation message. Click OK.

  4. To add us to your contacts: Open the email > Right-click the sender address > Add to Contacts.

outlook.com (hotmail, live, msn)

  1. Right-click our email in your Inbox.

  2. Hover over Junk > Click Never Block Sender.

  3. You’ll see a confirmation message. Click OK.

  4. To add support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com to your contacts: Open the email > Right-click the sender address > Add to Contacts.

aol webmail

  1. If you see our email in Spam: Right-click it > Click Not Spam.
  2. To add support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com to your Address Book: Open the email.
  3. Click Show details next to the sender name.
  4. Click Add Contact, fill in the name, and click Add Contact.

Comcast (Xfinity)

  1. If our email is in your Spam folder:

    • Open it > Click the Not Spam icon.

  2. Then add support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com to your address book:

    • Open the email > Click the sender name > Save contact.

at&t

AT&T email is now hosted through Yahoo. Follow the Yahoo! Mail instructions above.

mozilla thunderbird

  1. If our email is in Junk:

    • Mark it as Not Junk.

  2. To add us to your address book:
  • Click Address Book > New Contact > Paste our email address > Save.

norton antispam

To unblock us:

  1. Open Norton > Settings > AntiSpam > Blocked List > Remove support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com if listed.

To allow us:

  1. Go to Allowed List > Add > Enter support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com > Click OK.

mcafee

  1. Open McAfee > Web & Email Protection > Anti-Spam > Friends List.

  2. Add support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com to the Friends List.

trend micro

If our email is in Spam:

  1. Mark as Not Spam.

  2. Or open Outlook > Click Approve Sender.

You can also lower your spam filter strength in Trend Micro settings.

Cloudmark spamnet

  1. Open Outlook > Cloudmark Options > Whitelist tab.

  2. Click Add and enter our email.

sanebox

  1. Open your @SaneLater folder.

  2. Drag our email into your Inbox. This trains SaneBox to deliver future messages correctly.

Barracuda networks

Option 1: From Daily “Quarantined” Summary

  • Open the Barracuda summary email > Find our message > Click Whitelist.

Option 2: From Your Web Portal

  • Log in to the firewall portal > Block/Accept tab.

  • Add our domain or email to the Safe Senders List.

spamassassin

Contact your server admin and ask them to add this to your .spamassassin/user_prefs file:

SPAMFighter

  1. Highlight support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com.

  2. Click More > Whitelist.

  3. Choose whether to whitelist just the address or the full domain.

To import your Outlook contacts:

  • More > Options > Filter Settings > Whitelists > Import.

mailwasher

  1. Click Tools > Blacklist & Friends.      
  2. Add support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com under Friends list.

choicemail

  1. Open ChoiceMail > Senders tab.

  2. Choose Approve another Sender > Enter support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com.

SPAM sleuth

  1. File > Configure > Friends tab.

  2. Ensure Active is checked.

  3. Add support@theenergyblueprint.com or support@humanoptimization.com on a new line > Click OK.
