Week 5 Exercises:

Morning:

Breathe light for 9-15 minutes
Take your BOLT Score
Do Session 5 35 seconds breath hold  

During your day:

Breathe deep hands on sides for 5 min
Breathe slow, 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out for 8 minutes
Nose breathe while walking for 15 minutes or breathe light, slow, and deep while walking for 5 minutes

Evening:

Breathe light 8-15 min
