Week 2 Exercises:

Morning:

Breathe light for 6-10 minutes
Take your BOLT Score
Do Session 2 20 seconds breath hold  

During your day:

Breathe deep hands on sides for 5 min
Breathe slow, 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out for 5 minutes
Nose breathe while walking for 6 minutes

Evening:

Breathe light 6-15 min
